1) put the money in US banks... earn interest but the interest payment would be very low. And if they did... means MORE money

2) Build more factories...hire more people.... pay higher wages.. BECAUSE...
3) There would be the incentives of NOT having the 45% tax and incentives of more people working, meaning MORE tax money
being paid in meaning LoWER tax rates !
