If a 2/3rds vote were required for all Bills passed by both Congress and the Senate America would be a better place.

It would be even better if we had a 3rd Legislative body that could repeal any federal law with a 1/3rd majority, and unseat any non-elected federal official with a 50% vote. Their only purpose would be to review laws and ensure accountability of government bureaucrooks. They should not be allowed to join a political party or have any communication with anyone in the federal government. They should be appointed by county legislatures rather than voted in by popular vote.
