Considering how well the government is doing on the war on recreational drugs, I don't see them being able to fight is very easily.

Especially if the manufacturers launder the pills through other organizations, or even individuals.

Out of state doctors in free states can proscribe pills and birth control. They can be ordered through the mail.

I doubt even in the deepest red states that "morning after" pills will EVER be banned. Only a very small portion of America is THAT ardently bunkered into the conflict.

And other abortion pills will STILL be illegal to get internationally -- especially with foreign providers writing the prescript. That's a red herring. But STILL -- even here in Tenn there are enough folks who want hands off on abortion pills before heartbeat.
