As one response to this article asked....are these guys who use a truck to pull off the gate of the gun store door getting background checks for all the guns they steal? Do you think they will get a license for those guns?
And did you know that since they are criminals..they do not have to register stolen guns...only law abiding people will have to register guns....why? Because the Supreme Court in Haynes v. United States said it violates the 5th amendment protection against self incrimination to require criminals to register illegal guns.
