How do you form a union?

I "googled" it but just got this nonsense.

I am not working, I'm not in a workplace and don't have coworkers.

I am interested in investing in renting an office, and going down to the local Italian club to hire some business agents, and bring people onboard to pay union dues and initiation fees and hopefully turn a profit after paying rent, utilities, lawyers, etc. I have no interest in paying dues, but I do understand that kicking money up is part of the expenses

Is it necessary to get the ok from an international, or can you go independent?

What manner of union do you wish to form? ...

The link is how to form a labor union ... with the purpose of forcing the owners of a company to be more sharing of profits with the employees ... higher wages, lower dividends ... if you don't have a job, then there's not really any profits for you or who you work for ...

In the United States, I don't believe there's any need to get government "okay" ... but check with an attorney ... there may be some registration requirements if you plan on filing lawsuits as a union ... be careful, although it's illegal to black ball someone for union activities, it happens all the time ... if you try and fail, you may never work again ...
