You can get arrested for goosing a buffalo and possession of an eagle feather you might find along the road or if your kid picks up an arrowhead and about a hundred other violations that the feds deem important. Meanwhile nobody seemed to notice that Obama authorized the wind turbine industry to kill migratory birds for another 20 years without penalty.
