GOP Senator Mitch McConnell said yesterday he wants " less drama from the White House." GOP Senator Bob Corker say the White House is in a "downward spiral" Speaker Ryan has stopped defending Trump to the press, Trump's own staff members are angry and frustrated at Trump's contradicting tweets and statements. These folks are just some of the many republicans that are growing increasingly frustrated at Donald Trump's wild accusations, bullying, Russian favoritism, and grandstanding. Multiple investigations of Trump's involvement with the Russians are hanging like an darkening cloud over the west wing. Health care is stalled, tax reform is not yet on the launch pad, and a long term budget is just a pipe dream. These lawmakers know if progress is not made on their campaign promises soon, they'll face the very unpleasant task of going back to their own voters in the mid term elections with little or nothing to show for their efforts, despite controlling both houses of Congress. So....How much more will the GOP take from Trump and Co. before they throw in the towel, and join Democrats in calling for a special prosecutor, and subpoena's for those elusive tax returns?

They have always been with the Ds. So, your question is based on a fallacy.
