$10,000 deduction cap on SALT is in the bill. If you have more than 10K in SALT you are either in the 0.001% or an idiot for living in a hell hole when you can afford to get out of it. And maybe both.

There will almost certainly be civil lawsuits by state pensioners living out of state, a bipartisan criminal commission and special prosecutors appointed to investigate corruption when the deductability of SALT (State And Local Taxes) starts to bite.

The Question is how many D politicians will go to state, local and federal jails?

The question is how many seats will Republicans lose? The Republicans will be rightfully blamed for this and suburban voters will turn on the GOP.

Don't know about you or where you live but between less tax preparation costs and tax cuts we are getting about a 30% increase in net spendable, possibly much more.
