the law doesn’t say that at all. first one has to have a reasonable expectation of privacy in the photos…hunter can’t get there to photos he abandoned. The law clearly states property abandoned for a certain length of time becomes the property of tbe repair shop owner. Hunter Biden knew this, signed the document acknowledging this.

Please don't try to blame the repair shop owner for Hunter Biden's record-setting stupidity, 'abandoning' a laptop containing criminal, incriminating evidence at a repair shop.

I already did. And unless you can find me anyone who would expect a REPAIR SHOP to besides repairing also being in the porn distribution business you are out of luck.

This is clearer. The pictures were on a laptop that was brought in to repair. Repairing the laptop, being the assumption that will be made by anybody who brings it in. The fact that he distributed those pictures is on him not on Hunter.
