Rudy is broke and filing for bankruptcy so the suit was dropped until after Rudy is in the poh house.

There would no benefit at all. You cant sue over a real laptop.

Sue for what? Gulliani can't afford his own apartment, lawyers, or an accountant. Plus, he's already under a $148 million dollar judgment.

Why spend millions in a lawsuit to collect thousands? Gulliani is bankrupt.
