I guess Bank of America is going to be begging for a taxpayer funded bailout after they give all these mortgages to people who can't afford to pay...

I'm sorry that you are naive enough to believe banks and other Lenders don't do this.
The fact that you can deny what happened in 2008 makes me wonder about you.
Everyone on this forum wonders about you. 2008 was a direct result of Clinton and a Democrats Congress encouraging banks to do exactly what Bank of America is doing now.

I had a friend that was gone half the time or more, but he bought a house for his wife and kids.

It is not really the "being gone" part but the getting new orders every 3 years part. In my 20 years in the Marine's the longest I stayed at any duty station was 4 years, and I only stayed that long once. Which is also the one and only time we bought a house while I was on active duty.

I guess jarheads move more often. Considering how few bases they have, how is that possible if you were not at the same place 2 or 3 times in a career?

It is just so tough to believe that you are a massive Progressive Socialist Communist. Lasting that long without seeing realities. You must have been given the fast-tracked route where everything was nice, or it was nicer for you.

Both sides are to blame.
I have no loyalty to either side.
You mean every LibTard and NeoConTard wonders about me.

You're not Blackrock and you're not bypassing software and Rubber Stamping 1M Mortgages.
We had this discussion about a year or 2 ago.
I don't forgive the Lenders or the idiots who accepted their Rubber Stamped Loans.
I was personally Rubber Stamped many years ago but wouldn't take out more than 200K, which annoyed the guy with the phony mustache.
Blackrock does not do mortgages you dumbass!

If this were true you would know that MOST military members do not buy houses.
Every senior enlisted and officer who was married bought their homes. My CO at one time in Navy Recruiting owned a house in Whidbey Island, Washington as well as locally. When he retired he moved back to Washington.

Wrong, chihuahua breath! As has been posted earlier by many people, you are obviously not in touch with reality.

Less than 50 percent of active-duty servicemembers are homeowners

So you were in Okinawa 3 different times? No wonder you couldn't buy a house.

Tat's about 2 and a half years for each assignment. You just destroyed your own argument.

I rest my case. You are simply a dumbass!
