ie prefer Captain Kirk William Shatner to Baldy Picard in Next Generation

Also prefer Sean Connerly to no talent-totaly sexless Roger Moore.

Have no bone in the fight - was a hetro male teen ibn the 60s.....

Sean Connery was the best 007, but only in the first three movies (Dr No, From Russia with Love and Goldfinger). The rest of the Sean Connery movies began to stray away from the original Ian Fleming character. Roger Moore and Pierce Brosnan were just pretty faces meant for nothing more than appealing to women audiences. Timothy Dalton was a huge mistake, George Lazenby an even bigger mistake. Not sure about Daniel Craig. So far he's doing a good job. Problem is that the studio is taking up a lot of time to "develop" the Bond character in these first two movies. So I guess we'll have to wait for the next Bond movie to see if he finally gets to "mature" into the Ian Fleming version.

The problem with Star Trek is that any new version of it has to compete with 50 years of legend firmly established by William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy and the rest of the original cast. But I liked the new movie, even though it dared to screw around with some established Star Trek history.
