Warming in the arctic leads to a weak polar jet stream. A weak polar jet stream wanders more than a strong one, allowing it to dip further (and more often) south than normal. This brings colder air to places it normally wouldn't be.Oy.....more bad news for the AGW k00ks.

So yes, global warming is bringing arctic temps and more ice to the great lakes.

Only matters what people care about s0n, not the spin from the climate obsessed. People see the lakes frozen solid....not going to get angst about what a few scientists are saying. Not debatable....and how do we know? No concern for climate action in congress....none....for many, many years. People more concerned with a billion other things.....not climate change.
When February 1st comes some year and people are water skiing in bikinis on Lake Superior, maybe people will care. Doy
