If it's a "Muslim ban" then all non-Muslims from these countries are free to enter US?

There are exceptions for religious persecution, but only if the persecution is of a minority religion. If all the nations on the temporary ban list are Muslim-majority countries, only Muslims are denied the possibility of an exception. I'm pretty sure that's the basic reason for calling it a Muslim ban. Well, the reason not based on perception of motivation, anyway.

Many laws wh racist designs are hidden wh non racist language .

Yes banning Muslims from only Muslim countries looks particularly bad when you've just said a different specific religion is getting priority for admission.

The EO is mean-spirited and un-American, says Senator Chuck Shumer. He is right. The US Constitution prohibits discrimination against a particular religion.

Has MSNBC interviewed Muslims trying to enter the USA from England?

How about non-Muslims trying to enter the USA from the banned countries? They are all allowed to enter because the ban is only on Muslims, right?

Non-Muslims from the countries mentioned will be exempt if they claim they are being persecuted.
