Not while the conditions of the Doha Agree were being carried out by us and not the Taliban. That all happened in 2020. 135 days after the signing of the Accords was the timeframe we adhered to. The further reductions from the 8,600 level set in the Accords also occurred in 2020, reducing our troops another 5,000 troops. Those later reductions didn't require any conditions on the Taliban either.

Those are the "other things" Benedict Donald mentioned in his blurt. Made it very hard for Joe to return to war and cause the deaths of hundreds of soldiers and civilians.
