It's time for conservatives to put aside every issue but the economy. Obama and the Dems have created the worst economy this side of Japan. Lackluster growth every year for 8 years with millions leaving the workforce. Worst recovery on record.
Amd neither the causes nor the solutions are unknown or unprecedented. A government that regulates every aspect of business, and unrolls more and more actions against businesses on a monthly basis creates a hostile environment for anyone trying to start or grow his business. A government that penalizes success in the form of high taxes will not see a thriving economy.
If we dont get the economy right this time, ISIS, trans bathrooms, gay marriage, immigration or anything else will be irrelevant.
Pick whichever candidate you want but if you're serious on the economy it will be Johnson.

How does it feel to be totally clueless? May want to research the subject for a few years and take some economics before returning to this subject.

1. taxes were much higher on the rich in the 1950's and 60's.
2. Government spend far more on r%d and science at the time. How do you think we afforded apollo? Which by the way cost about 100 billion per year in late 1960'sn dollars.
3. Built most of the dams, highways and infrastructure in the first place.
4. Cleaned up our air, water and food from the 1920's through 1970's. How do you think we have such a high standard of living? It isn't because of capitalism as capitalism typically doesn't care. yOu know, profit over everything else.
5. Safetynets to rules to protect the worker and consumers. I am sure a lot more people would of died in teh great recession if not so.
6. Bargaining rights! Of course this is almost gone because of clueless fucks like you but it built most of our wealth in the middle class.

Adding to 1.
You do realize that the top as in the ceo's, board and other rich take up almost all the wealth within our society? Yet, many of them pay far less in taxes then the rate is on paper...Some of them pay next to nothing. Yet, they outsource, import cheap labor and cheat every chance they get. Not so much because they're struggling but because they don't give a damn about this country enough to pay for the resources that they use.

Yet you wish to reward them?

So the economy suffers from lack of consumer demand, and the gop's plan is to shift income taxes from more wealthy to consumption based taxes on workers.

Hillary is old and corrupt, but for f's sake.

I'll agree with one thing with trump! We need to punish them for outsourcing and stop the importation of cheap labor. Even if we have to tariff everything at 35% as he has stated hundreds of times!

I'd rather have a growing middle class creating hundreds or thousands of small business that can compete than a few that suck the life out of our economy and take advantage of our country.

Lack of consumer demand has nothing to do with it.

CUT GOVERNMENT SPENDING, and don't stop.

Cut government back to 25% of GDP where it was in the 1990s instead of 50% where it is now after W and O, the "Period of American WO."

No, he can. Liberals dont understand economics. Which is why most Trump supporters are actually libs. People who do understand it know that both Trump and Hillary will be disaster for this country.
