Hawaii Gov. David Ige Monday signed an executive order, directing all state government agencies to contract for internet-related services only with providers who contractually agree to abide by net neutrality principals.

Those in favor of the Obama-era rule say the repeal undermines a free and open internet and could result in internet providers restricting or slowing the speeds for certain sites.

The old Democrat "red line".

Let's say none of them choose to abide by net neutrality. What then?

Will those government agencies throw petulant tantrums?
