People like Otto think the Constitution was written to give citizens permission what they can and can't do. The Constitution was actually written to limit what government can do to the citizens. But hey! The Constitution says nothing about being allowed to vote by mail, so if we're going to parse words, let's start by getting rid of that first.

It doesn't talk about using machines to vote either.......guess he wants to ban those too..........it doesn't state anything about computers being protected by the 4th amendment so I guess the government can just hack your computer.....cell phone...whenever they want........

If that's all it takes to get around the Constitution, all they would have to do is put every gun in it's own category and nobody would be allowed to own one. It's a stupid argument.
