The report describes in great length the relationship of Manafort and Konstantin Kilimnik. The report details Manafort's meetings in which he talked strategy and specifically states like Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota. He also ordered Gates to give internal polling data. Kilimnik has ties to Russian Intelligence the very group that was interfering in our elections. All the report says is they could not find out what was done with the data. Russian social media ads followed the very strategy that Manafort outlined.
