the fact remains George Washington and "founding fathers" would have been branded traitors and terrorists had they lost to the British.
Even as far back as Washington and birth of our nation, there were haves and have nots. Many of those wealthy were such because they held others in human bondage as slave labor. They also pushed native Americans off the lands on the eastern seaboard of our nation and continued to decimate indigenous population with westward expansion and a belief in white European manifest destiny.
With the power structures this built up in our country based on a genesis of war and theft and exploitation, can we honestly be surprised that is what we see to this day?
