Impeachment articles hit judge who ordered Trump to stop Tren de Aragua deportation flights

This isn't a disagreement over a case ruling, it's to put this rogue judge in his place. Fuck what Roberts has to say about it at this point.
Oh, and fuck you too.
:dev3:

Wrong.
This IS only a disagreement about a case ruling.
The only time impeachment is appropriate is for a criminal act, like taking a bribe, etc.
It is clearly illegal to impeach over opinions, political or not.

The law is clear, that no one can be deported, arrested, deprived of property, or harmed in any way, without a hearing.
Does not matter if they are citizens or not.
Give me the reference or direct link so I can read it for myself.. Thanks 👍

This isn't going to work, and they're going to do away with his circuit. That's exactly how this is going to go. Probably within 1 month Boasberg will be the judge of nothing. No impeachment, just circuit redestricting. ;)

Except evidence before the court shows that some of them were not CRIMINAL Illegal Aliens, hell some of them weren't even Illegal Aliens - they were here legally.

Hence the need for Due Process.

If any of them are criminals, then send them to trial, convict them, impose a sentence, let them serve their prison term - then deport them.

If any were here illegally and are found not to be criminals, then deport them to their home country.

WW
Doofus, if they're criminals they've already been tried. Duh.

Members of terrorist organizations are criminals by definition. No trial needed. Get rid of them.

Sorry, but you are wrong.

The US Code has been quoted and referenced for you multiple times.

A House GOP lawmaker has filed impeachment articles against the federal judge who ordered the Trump administration to stop deportation flights being conducted under the Alien Enemies Act.

I'm not familiar with this Gills guy but I'm liking his chutzpah. Let Boasberg stuff that in his pipe and smoke it. Republicans need to stick together and boot this bum (the judge) out.

I kinda get Trump's point: he busts his nut campaigning for months spending tons of money fighting for every vote to get elected, even hit with a sniper bullet, then this bum (one of over 600 of them) just gets appointed to some obscure bench somewhere and tells the president how he can run his administration?

My position is that judges have a obligation to be neutral and this judge is partisan. That's why degenerate democrats chose this activist judge. What else has he been activist about?

Further, the impeachment bill against him makes no mention of the fact that:
  1. On the day the complaint was filed against Trump, Boasberg was off, not even supposed to be working.
  2. Boasberg wasn't even the secondary justice on call.
  3. Yet somehow when they came into the courthouse to fill the complaint, Boasberg was right there and got the papers filed under his court.
  4. Worse, Boasberg has an interest in the outcome because his decisions on deporting these people directly benefits his own daughter who is in the business of trying to save these people with free legal care.

there is more than one activist judge.

Just In!

It's going to be a tough row to hoe, getting this piece of shit impeached. democrats stick together and -- We all know why,

But still, this has got to be embarrassing. And then there's Doscovery.

Fun City!!

"For the past several weeks, we've seen several rogue activist judges try to impede the president from exercising, not only the mandate voters gave him, but his democratic and constitutional authority to keep the American people safe," Rep. Brandon Gill, R-Texas, told Fox News Digital. "This is another example of a rogue judge overstepping his…authority."

Gill's resolution, first obtained by Fox News Digital, accused U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg of abusing his power in levying an emergency pause on the Trump administration's plans to deport illegal immigrants under a wartime authority first issued in 1798, which President Donald Trump recently invoked to get members of the criminal Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua out of the U.S

Imagine the twice impeached president of the United States, himself a convicted, felon, is trying to impeach an honest judge who is simply holding Trump accountable.

I’ll bet you don’t even see the irony in that.

Twice impeached with 34 convictions and re-elected. What does that tell you about impeachments and political convictions?

That they are political in nature, and will always be.

Actually it tells me a lot about those that voted for him.

This is exactly why Trump and the DOJ should seek to prosecute corrupt Democrat's with extreme prejudice. Letting them go free after them using lawfare and brutal NAZI style tactics in hopes to manipulate the outcomes of elections is a super foolish thing to do. Infact not prosecuting Hillary like he said that he would in the 2016 election, came back to bite him hard in 2020.

You can't play with this stuff like we've seen, otherwise you either win the dam war or you let your enemies up so they can try to cut off your head again. Right now after reading your opinionated post on Trump here, it just proves that he hasn't won the hearts and mind's of his confused liberal brainwashed fellow Americans, and it's all because he won't prosecute the bad guy's for their crimes against him, against the people, and against the republican party.

If Trump is big on using deterring measures and preventives, then he must defeat the enemy that is focused on destroying him as president, and trying to undermine his authority as president in the face of not only the nation but also in the face of the world.
