How do you establish that a Judge is not acting in a politically neutral manner? If a Judge disagrees on a point of law, with a right wing president, does that prove to you that the Judge is not neutral? If he agreed with him, would that not also prove he was not neutral?

Due process is a right to anyone on American soil legal or illegal and, as I have mentioned before, Biden let millions in by not guarding our border, refusing to finish the wall and basically just giving them a court date that they will probably never honor.
