Running for the sake of creating a progressive platform is boring, IMO. He should hang it up unless he's planning on building support for an alternative, left-leaning, third party candidate

For the sake of argument lets say Burnout learns to add, highly unlikely, accepts the VP slot, the party wins in November, Obama unleashes the DOJ, Hag is indicted, convicted, forced to resign, then Burnout becomes president! Now that's a win win game plan, the only option remaining considering his apparent bet that Obama would allow the DOJ to proceed and terminate the Hags grasp at power failed to materialize. Then again maybe Obama lets the dogs out, the Hag is indicted, not nominated, he issues an executive order dismissing presidential term limits and convinces his lemmings to nominate him, pardons the Hag, and retains power with the new slogan hope and change without end! Now that's fit for TV series!

Bernie still has a lot of donor money, and a lot of rubes worked very hard to get him on the primary ballots of their states. So he is in this until the end.

And who knows, Hillary might cough so hard she falls down and bumps her head again, and gets a brain injury that makes her honest, and she confesses to all kinds of high crimes and misdemeanors.
