Is Gender Dysphoria binary, i.e. one either has it or does not have it, or is it more of a spectrum?

Gender dysphoria itself is a binary construct while those that have it will display a spectrum of mental disorders.

Some are much more serious than others but they are all some kind of psychosexual malfunction

A biological male thinking he is actually a female locked within a male body probably isn’t a matter of degree. It seems like more of an either or type scenario, I mean can he think he is only a “little bit female?” What would that even mean?
