They had a program like that. It was called "welfare". Republicans said it incentivized "laziness", and ended the program. Republicans oppose any programs that give money to low income Americans. If they're not kept hungry and needy, they won't look for work.

It's because they're kept hungry and needy, that American women are NOT having babies. They're too expensive.

That's destroying the middle class, and forcing the middle income earners to support themselves and low income workers whose wages are inadequate to provide a basic standard of living for their families.

That fails to provide adequate health care, education or child care for 40% of working Americans.

Ummm....Welfare is robust, alive a very well here...our people on welfare drive Cadillacs, have cell phones, own flat screens and smoke lots of weed.
The problem is; it only attracts the dregs, only the most shameless among us, those whom we don't want to procreate.
