1. Dept of Education, saves $250b. A state responsibility by the Constitution.
2. Move Welfare to the States, saves $1.3T
3. Move Medicaid to the States, saves $500b

4. New taxes I support are:
Financial Transaction Tax (~$40T total amount, so a 10% tax gets $4T, a 1% tax gets $400b)
Remittance Tax on money sent out of the US gets $1.5b for border security annually
5. SS & Medicare need to be "fixed" before they go bankrupt, Trump committed to fixing them)

Fixing the $35T Debt and $2T Budget Deficit will require hard choices.
