I am intrigued? What are you trying to say? do you suggestBecause of the language they speak?
the horns are pathognomonic of the medieval roman concept ofcould be, other than the horns it hard to tell he's an arab, middle easterner ...
anus---you are confused----the poster was claiming that thoseMost of them come from the city of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), Madeenah. Some collections were written in persia. That's where the capital of the Islamic state was and therefore a large amount of Islamic scholars also resided there.

that people who ID as "arab" are not "really" arabs? Lineage
is an important issue amongst muslims. Of course lots of the
arabic speaking people are not really descended from indigenous
"arabs" They are acculturated to a foreign ethnicity with which
they intensely identify to the point of rendering themselves ENEMY to the Indigenous ethnicities which in most of the Levant---as far
as extant cultures---are christians and jews. Islam was imposed
by foreign invaders
it's PULLING RANK roflmaoWhat Arab countries have you lived in?
You (I believe unintentionally) bring up a really important issue. The map mentioned "Arabic speakers." Did it refer to Arabic speakers, people of Arab descent, or Muslims?
what so funny, UNK?You (I believe unintentionally) bring up a really important issue.
It is a fact that "arab" has (in modern times) been defined as
anyone whose "MOTHER TONGUE" is arabic. There are lots of
both christians and jews who speak arabic 'at home' BECAUSE
of the extensive imperialism of the minions of ARAB
MUHUMMAD--the founder of islam. The current definition of
"arab" muddies many waters and is a bit too complex to discuss
on a messageboard. To sum it up----"arab" person is not
necessarily "muslim" -------according to the current linguistic
definition-------AND AS FAR AS LOTS OF ARABIC SPEAKING
PEOPLE ID THEMSELVES---but (try to cope)----MUSLIMS
ACTUALLY CLAIM THEM----but only when convenient to do so
what so funny, UNK?
