The article linked in the OP clearly states (though never clear enough for a moron like you) that the money is NOT to be used for the mosque or any other portion of the community center that is devoted to religious practice.

Public facilities are under NO OBLIGATION to make their entire structure accessible to the public, as I already pointed out. Plenty of public facilities and accomodations limit access to the entire structure including the Statue of Liberty.

Just as importantly, these grants are available to organizations affiliated with any religion. Funny that you should only object when it is an islamic org getting the grant. If you were honest, you wouldn't try to dress your bigoted response up in constitutional "tuxedo".
