The #1 way is they can't read English ballot. #2 they can't speak English well. #3 they speak with an accent. #4 they wouldn't look like average US citizen. #5 they won't have a "Real Photo ID". #6 they must sign for their "Certified Mail" from a real US address in the county they are voting in. #7 if an immigrant is issued a drivers license or state ID, they are "Non-Compliant Cards" that don't allow them to vote. #8 is 99.9% of voters we see don't look Hispanic, or speak like central or south Americans.

I personally issued 704 ballots yesterday in St. Louis County, MO & not one single Hispanic person entered the polling place!
