It Hamand In and Gary IN that causes havoc (guns) in Chicago.

Since you think you are logical, install an R governor and mayor and watch no change in crime. Remember, it's not the gun.

That's correct. It's not the gun; it's the lawlessness stemming from the policies of the people you vote for. If Chicago suddenly elected a Republican mayor they probably would see a drop in crime considering the incompetent boob that's in there now. After almost 40 years of Democratic mayors in NYC, crime was out of control and that is what helped get Giuliani elected. By the end of his tenure NYC was one of the safest major cities in the country and that continued under Bloomberg. Once the Dems got back in with De Blasio the whole city did a 180 in just a couple of years and right back to the days of Dinkins.

Open carry and concealed carry are legal in Indiana for residents with an Indiana License to Carry a Handgun (LCH) and for non-residents with any valid state license to carry. The Indiana LCH is valid for open, concealed and locked-case carry. The minimum age is 18 years old, and there is no requirement for firearms training. Applicants must be Indiana residents or have a regular place of business or employment in Indiana. Some areas are off-limits, including school property, school buses and riverboat casinos. In terms of reciprocity, Indiana honors permits from all states and jurisdictions.

Blame others for Chicago's problems! Has anyone ever thought to take responsibility and fix anything or is just blaming others enough?

install an R governor
HaHaHa, republicans are elected not installed. Now that is out of the way, Since we are talking about the CITIES of Hammond and Gary, In and their effect on Chicago crime, lets keep oranges with oranges. Chicago has been under total democrat control since 1931 and has the most restrictive gun laws in the nation--You morons own it. Try again, ignoramus.

CHICAGO – The city of Chicago filed a lawsuit Monday against a northern Indiana gun store it claims is one of the main sources of illicit firearms for the city's criminal market.

Westforth Sports, Inc. in Gary, Indiana, has "engaged in a pattern of illegal sales that has resulted in the flow of hundreds, if not thousands, of illegal firearms into the City of Chicago," according to the lawsuit filed in the Circuit Court of Cook County.
It is Chicago that needs to be sued by the people it has disarmed taking their Second Amendment leaving them defenceless and violating the 1903 Dick Act in a treasonous action eliminating a branch of the military.
