It is time for Ron Paul to withdraw and let his son take charge. At this point, Ron Paul's hanging on can only hurt Rand's chances.
He has retired from Congress. He's no longer in Government. So he has withdrawn to some extent. Now he's just doing what he wants with his retirement. Rand will be ok. Bet on that.
