It's time to declare a national emergency.

It looks like it's going to happen, folks.

Go Trump!

The Trump administration is considering using billions in unspent disaster relief funds earmarked for areas including hurricane-pounded Puerto Rico and Texas and more than a dozen other states to pay for President Donald Trump’s border wall as he weighs signing a national emergency declaration to get it built without Congress.

The White House has directed the Army Corps of Engineers to comb through its budget, including $13.9 billion in emergency funds that Congress earmarked last year, to see what money could be diverted to the wall as part of a declaration. That’s according to a congressional aide and administration official familiar with the matter who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly.

Seems pretty liberal to declare a disaster for this ongoing situation. I guess it being sunny or cold will be a disaster next.

But hey, the wall should work as long as its manned.

As long as the supporters never brag about being conservative or talk bad about liberalism I'm not going to have much of a point to argue.
Yeah, this opens the Pandora box to allow the next Democrat president to declare global warming a national emergency which requires tens of billions of dollars to combat.
Instant impeachment.
Based on U.S. Constitutional law in particular absolutely.

Whoever claimed the Constitution doesn't allow impeachment?

Trump acts in an era in which presidents are required by law to take some additional steps when declaring a national emergency, thanks to the National Emergencies Act of 1976, signed by President Gerald Ford. In theory, it requires the President to spell out the powers from specific laws that make it legal for him to declare a national state of emergency, and requires the House and the Senate to review such a declaration every six months to see if it’s still necessary. To end a national emergency, both chambers of Congress could pass a joint resolution.

The U.S. Has Been in a Constant State of National Emergency Since 1979. Here’s Why

Where is the national emergency?

Is it separating children from their parents?
Is it allowing children to die in ICE custody?

If there is all this murder and rape going on, why is violent crime decreasing?

Progressives refuse to negotiate with POTUS... POTUS does what he is best at and finds Corporate sponsorship that is willing to negotiate...
