It was irrefutable that the Obama era IRS behaved improperly and many of us watched Lois Lerner, IRS exec, repeatedly take the Fifth again and again in that hearing. She resigned with full benefits immediately after that hearing. And now we are learning that Jack Smith was heavily involved in all that on the Obama Administration side.
