Everybody gets a diploma!! Our schools continue to dumb down themselves to accomodate the illegal kids.

New Laws in California Include No Passing Necessary to Receive High School Diploma

dec 27 2015 On January 1, California residents will have to accustom themselves to a number of new laws that will be implemented in the state. These are some the laws that will likely have the most profound effect:

SB 172: High school seniors will receive their diploma whether or not they pass or even take an exit exam; the law also applies retroactively to students who have graduated since 2004;

We need exit exams since so many teachers take bribes to pass kids. Also lots of schools pass kids just so they can brag about their high graduation rates. All kids should have to pass the GED to get a diploma.

This makes a diploma worthless to all the kids who did apply themselves in HS. More idiocy from the liberals.

Ah....God bless liberalism. Oh shit wait...that was bigoted.

Rephrase it. May Whatever Divine Being that May or May Not exist Bless Liberalism. Sorry for the microaggression against atheists and Buddhists.

Once again, the OP is a Breitbart article.

About as accurate as the Onion, but nowhere near as funny.
The Breitbart article links to the Sacremaento Bee article that states, "
High school seniors will no longer need to take a long-standing exit exam to graduate, thanks to SB 172. The bill lifts the requirement through the 2017-2018 school year and also applies retroactively to 2004, meaning students who have completed all the other graduation requirements since then can apply for diplomas."

That is what the Breibart article said, dimwit, so where is your objection? That people are bringing light to Governor Moonbeams lunacy? That California sucks?

I think people generally know this already.

America has an epidemic of HS graduates who can neither read nor count and laws like this are why. A HS diploma means little nowadays and that's why employers insist job applicants be a college grad for just about all jobs.

Should be raising the standard and making a diploma harder to get. We're falling behind the rest of the first world and California does something this dumb? damn.

Yes it's dumb and everyone knows it is. But we have to cater to the mentally inferior blacks and illegal latins.

.that passes for achievement to liberals. Don't bring that worthless diploma to me. You're not getting hired.

Do you realize that every time you force the topic into a racial context it makes you look like a buffoon?

You are smarter than that, I know from reading your other posts, so why do you undermine yourself?

Maybe you should wake the fuck up and stop being a liberal.

You are on that path already, I sense this from past postings on this forum.
