The corruption that is not obvious is the fact that he's obviously been targeted by the GOP as a weak link in the Democratic party and he's being exploited by them. I know it's hard to believe but the Republican party is getting more and more devious every days especially since a criminal like trump join their ranks. You really think anybody really likes trump, no they just like his schemes. This looks like one of them. He's a senator from a very conservative state. Why wouldn't he be at least kinda conservative?
That's why I'm an independent. Both parties are corrupt. The Republicans are just more devious about their corruption. Like I said, you really think anybody likes trump. They don't like him, they like his devious schemes. As far as I'm concerned the biggest threat is coming from the Republicans. The Democrats are only a close second. And for your information most people in the United States support both of Biden's infrastructure bill, they realize the benefits it'll bring to themselves and the nation. It really will make all lives better in the United States, especially those who need it most. I guess it depends on your point of view do you want to make the rich richer and the poor poorer or do you want to even things out. This is Governor working for the people. And yes there is a risk but you realize that under trump, the end result of trump's tax credits meant the federal government had a deficit of almost 20% in revenue. The automatic 8% corporations got was multiplied by the fact that tax rate was so low that now with the loopholes still in place, they could end up paying no taxes at all. That's not good for anyone except them.

If the "loopholes" were that big, they'd pay $0 no matter the tax rate.

Off subject, irrelevant. I don't know enough about that, it's probably dealing with rights and privileges under the Constitution. They are very powerful, in case you don't realize it our government is not of the people anymore it's of the special interests, essentially run by corporations. Look up any important issue, gun control, the military, the police, the growth of government, corporations paying the lowest taxes ever. We never did control these things completely and now they're controlling us.m
