And why do we need to trash the first amendment over exaggerating crowd sizes?

I'd really like to understand what the impact was on this subject exactly? Remember when Rachel Maddow said if you take the vaccine it stops there, you won't get it, and you can't spread it!!! How many people did that hurt, day after day hearing it.
