Let's face facts:

1. That video means nothing in court.
2. The way Joe talks, it can be argued that he meant voter fraud (detection or prevention) unit, not to COMMIT fraud.
3. To win in court, you need evidence to support that laws were broken, and/or that rules were broken that can be demonstrably shown to have caused the loss of enough votes to have flipped the outcome of that state.

Nothing less will do.

And I suspect most of the judges are lothe to go against the democrats or the very least, a state election tally outcome.

So you are saying that Joe is incompetent? Then he should be removed before he takes office...
