I'm not involved in the crime or the investigation of the crime, and I haven't filed a FOI release request or anything of the sort. This incident just happened, complaining that every bit of video evidence isn't available through the media right now seems premature, at best.
Who decides which bit of video evidence needs to be made available to the public immediately after an incident happens? I'm not saying evidence should remain hidden forever, but this shooting just occurred. Releasing evidence could impact the investigation, it could tip off possible other suspects, it could make it more difficult to find an impartial jury in the event of a trial, there could be regulations or laws regarding the release of security footage, perhaps the hotel would block its release, I don't know. I just find the idea that any particular piece of video evidence of a shooting that just occurred should already be available to the general public unrealistic.

Hey, watching the video of his brother, I don't know that I wouldn't assign a couple of detectives to keep an eye on HIM! He seems a little wacky to me... maybe it's the emotions or trauma but that guy isn't alright.
In short, we can't really go by what his emotional brother is saying. We're going to have to wait and get word from people who are credibly investigating this. That WILL come out, it's just going to take some time.

`I'I heard on the news that Las Vegas has a lot of gun shows, and one had just ended on sept 24th and another one is scheduled October 7th and that even if he were hauling a bunch of guns and he used a Bellman, it would not have been unusual or thought of as suspicious because many people come to Vegas to sell their guns at these shows.
