It's why affirmative action is necessary. But I'll say this. Black and female diversity hires are assholes. They are harder on women and blacks who work for them and they go out of their way to get the CEO's approval. Like a house slave. At my brothers company, the black guy always found a way to NOT give out max bonus'. Traditionally everyone gets max bonus. But he made that impossible. So everyone gets less.

He's got to justify his salary, which I told you is 4x what my brother was making.
