Unfair? The debate rules that Trump insisted on, were for the microphones to be muted when it wasn't the candidates turn to speak. Clearly the moderators didn't enforce that rule. And they allowed Trump to interrupt, ask his own questions, run over his time limit, and be given additional time to respond.
