Unfortunately, due to the low, low price of oil, North Dakota is doing some scrambling now. Oil caused their economy to boom, now a lot of the oil related activity has been reduced to a crawl.
It's really kinda sad that this happened, oil reversed North Dakota's decades long trend in losing residences.
