Karmelo Anthony Charged With First-Degree Murder and Will Be Tried as Adult — But Won’t Face Death Penalty

With the racism and whatnot, that's what makes then like the party of the 50s.
Some blacks actually believe they cannot be racists.

This is why some people choose to not be around folks like you.

If you move across the street from them, they sell their homes and move elsewhere......and you think it's because they're racists.

But what they want to avoid is being subjected to this:

Why when the black moves in Jack moves out, come to stay Jack moves away. Ain't we all people, how the hell can a color be no good to a neighborhood. PE.

After he murdered a black teenager.
He did? Link that, because I dont recall HIM calling himself white. I do recall the media conveniently kept referring to him as a "white Hispanic"....trying to prod that racial element.

He didn't need to say it, how the hell do you think he was able to get out of all the trouble he has been in. If his father where Hispanic, he would probably be in prison somewhere.

OK, so he didn't claim he was white. So then, we go back to, are Hispanics considered white, or are they not?

Is his father white or not? How many Hispanics have you seen named Zimmerman, which is a German name.

His father was white, so because you have one white parent, that makes you white? So what about obama?

doesnt how he identified matter?

White folks, not you specifically.
Yup...furthermore..it was not just a social construct..but, in fact, the law--up to 1967:

The one-drop rule was a legal principle of racial classification that was prominent in the 20th-century United States. It asserted that any person with even one ancestor of African ancestry ("one drop" of "black blood") is considered black (Negro or colored in historical terms). It is an example of hypodescent, the automatic assignment of children of a mixed union between different socioeconomic or ethnic groups to the group with the lower status, regardless of proportion of ancestry in different groups.

This concept became codified into the law of some U.S. states in the early 20th century. It was associated with the principle of "invisible blackness" that developed after the long history of racial interaction in the South, which had included the hardening of slavery as a racial caste system and later segregation. Before the rule was outlawed by the Supreme Court in the Loving v. Virginia decision of 1967, it was used to prevent interracial marriages and in general to deny rights and equal opportunities and uphold white supremacy.

You think im white? Good grief, just like IM2, I'll ask you to tell me why you think im white.

And, the statement doesnt make sense, because you could just as easily say "if he has one drop of hispanic, then he is hispanic".

He'll be found not guilty. I'll just predict it now.

The jury will be scared by predictions of riots if it's guilty.
BS. He should get self-defense, but he won't. He's going to be found guilty and probably given a life sentence. This is Texas, and he is black.

It's pretty simple. Your replies show that you are white. The one drop rule was indeed the law.
