This is why Trump's ethics czar resigned. He couldn't take this unethical administration any longer. The last draw for him was Trump's continuing to enrich himself while on the public dime.
Now yet another ethical zero, Conway.

Federal officials have opened an investigation into activities by senior White House counselor Kellyanne Conwayfollowing a complaint that she violated ethics laws.

The probe aims to determine if Conway broke the law when she slammed Democrat Doug Jones — who is battling Republican Roy Moore to become Alabama’s next senator — on national TV.

Conway said on “Fox & Friends” last week that Jones “will be a vote against tax cuts. He is weak on crime, weak on borders. He is strong on raising your taxes. He is terrible for property owners.”

*******The Hatch Act forbids federal government employees from using their positions to influence the result of an election.*******

Just restating her bosses opinion is not a violation of the Hatch act, even Hatch said so.

.
" Hatch said so." Lol
I know you need to defend your lawbreaking administration. It's what you do.
Trump and Conway lied about Jones record. But that's a given. They're incapable of telling the truth.
The Hatch Law is very clear which is why yet another one of this criminal administration is under investigation.

Walter Schab: Trump's former ethics czar, who knows a little bit about the law

I found the video. She’s standing In front of the White House. It seems pretty clear she was appearing in her official capacity when she advocated against a candidate. This is at least as clear a violation of 5 U.S.C. § 7323(a)(1) as OSC identified with regard to Castro.

The act bears his name, I think he would know what it says and means. I guess we should go after all of maobamas surrogates that were out pimping for the bitch and other commiecrats last year. As far as Jones goes do you have any legislative history that would prove your assertions?

Troll alert!

LOOK AT HILLARY!!!
Is this the best defense you can muster?

The only defense we ever get of Trump and his Admin is "well yeah, but look at ______ (Obama, Hillary, etc). Everytime they do that they prove there is no difference between Trump and those people
