Leaked Autopsy Report Reveals Freddie Gray’s Official Cause of Death

Freddie Gray, the man who died earlier this year while in custody of Baltimore police, suffered a single “high-energy injury,” according to a leaked autopsy report obtained by the Baltimore Sun.

Gray’s mysterious death in police custody ignited riots in Baltimore and protests around the nation in late-April. Protesters suspect his death was the result of police abuse and authorities filed criminal charges against six Baltimore officers, including a second-degree murder charge against one.

According to the leaked autopsy report, the injury suffered by Gray was most likely caused when the van police were transporting him in suddenly decelerated, the Baltimore Sun reported.

Gray was not belted in the van, but was only shackled by officers and thus was “at risk for an unsupported fall during acceleration or deceleration of the van,” the report said.

Someone leaked the autopsy. Mosby is pissed. All 6 cops plead not guilty. She was desperately hoping for plea deals.

AUTOPSY: A "high energy injury" consistent with his movement in the van..NOT any type of assault. Or malice.

Says a change in speed of the van caused his fall or impact (red light? Starting from a full stop?).

It says its likely it was from Grey STANDING UP in the van while it was moving...and he fell. Or..."while Grey was changing positions on the floor".

CASE CLOSED. NOT GUILTY.

Baltimore gonna burn.

This isn't news, we've basically known this since a day or so after the incident.

He was "humbled" to death. Whether or not the cops will be convicted remains to be seen.

If they are it's a travesty and Mosby will NEVER get second degree murder

She's probably got a pretty good case for second-degree murder, actually.

She just has to show that the cops were intentionally giving him a rough ride (which is almost certainly the case).

Only one cop was driving the vehicle.

Yeah, I doubt the other cops will be convicted of 2nd degree murder.

by the time all this comes to an end, baltimore will look like Detroit and another 300,000 would of moved out with nothing left to trash and steal.

So ONE cop gets a wreckless driving charge that resulted in death.
No way to hang the other five with that.

Not a "wreckless" driving charge, 2nd degree murder. Pay attention.

I told you they overcharged them. They'll all walk, with the possible exception of the driver, who will possibly be charged with manslaughter and that will most likely be overturned.

We should send them hot dogs and sticks. Or maybe FORCE them to buy carbon credits from Al Gore for the smoke?
by the time all this is over and baltimore becomes Greece, it will be on Ebay some time in 2016. Starting Bid,,,$2.50.

Nope. For one...5 cops werent in the van or driving. They will walk. Completely.

The driver is the only one left. Unless he does a Colonel Jessup and outright admits he slammed breaks on purpose...no chance. Hell...he can say a dog ran in front of him. No proof otherwise.

The ONLY thing they can try is going after them for the seatbelt...which wasnt policy until days before. And considering Baltimore PD in the past...oh...10 years has transported a million prisoners unseat belted...and none died....theres absolutely no reason they should've expected this.

Freddy Grey had weak bones from lead poisoning and prior injuries. He stood up in a moving vehicle. And fell. Tragic. But not criminal.

Hell...I could be the defense and win this case. The Baltimore police union lawyer will sleepwalk his way to a victory.

Looks like the initial media reports were all lies as is usually the case. Same thing with dylann roof.
