YOU should learn what Special Compartmentalized Programs / information are. They are programs you have to be 'read into' to gain access to them, as Hillary was. When you leave govt service you are 'read out' of those programs and sign a letter stating you will not talk about or have any further access to the programs and info...which Hillary did.

As reported though, the WHITE HOUSE declared in a press conference that Hillary's servers /emails contained Top Secret Compartmentalized Information, info 'so highly classified that it cannot be released in any format because it would cause grave damage to national security'.

Of course if you KNEW that you would not have made your ignorant comment.

AGAIN, when Hillary Clinton left the State Department she had to be 'read out' of all such programs, had to turn over ALL classified, had to sign documents, and was to legally have no further access to classified information as a civilian, which is what she was.

Also your reference to a SCIFF was a bullshit smokescreen...unless your are ignorantly trying to imply that Hillary Clinton - who had UNAUTHORIZED, ILLEGAL, UNENCRYPTED servers in her possession - went through the necessary legal process of getting a room in her house...or the BATHROOM of the IT company in which her server was found...legally accredited through the proper govt agencies/processes as a 'SCIF'...again as required by law.

...and I KNOW you can't be claiming THAT. The IT company didn't even have the proper security clearances to handle Hillary's classified servers let alone be able to get their BATHROOM accredited as a SCIF!

In other words, you know full well that she didn't break a single law.

Having 3 THREE, iii, III, Tres emails that had legit confidential information, but without appropriate header markings, out of tens of thousands of emails is a really pathetic joke.

The insane assumption is that she actually read every word of the email, as if anybody ever does that — especially list of names.

2. She was required to turn over ALL work-related State Department docs - SHE DID NOT: Comey testified that Hillary lied, that the FBI found 'thousands' of documents she never turned over, which means SHE BROKE THE LAW, specifically the FOIA & THE FEDERAL RECORDS ACT.

3. Despite not being legally authorized to have clasdified in HER posession, she ILLEGALLY gave access to that information to her IT Tech aide who testified he never had a security clearance, to her lawyer who illegally carried classified info around on a memory stick without having a clearance, and her server containing classified was found in the UNSECURED BATHROOM of an IT company whose employees who were maintaining the server also didn't have the required security clearances to do so.

4. Hillary & her aides testified they destroyed phones and computers containing classified with hammers ON THEIR OWN. If you were the 'expert' you 1st tried to pass yourself off as you would know there are laws specifically defining the LEGAL process of how devices are to be destroyed. Hillary and her aides BROKE THOSE LAWS...ADMITTEDLY.
