The Northeastern USA is only a better place to live than the Southern USA if you have the money to live in the Suburbs.
The people in the big city in the Northeastern USA are no healthier, no less dangerous, and no MORE respectful than the people in the big city anywhere.

The fact of the matter is that the people in New York City and Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, and Buffalo, and Boston....
