Small business was discriminated against in favor of large box stores. Not buying that more would have become infected. Thats a low hanging cop out.

How was small business affected any more that large box stores. If people are on lockdown, they order online. How else could it work? If people are not sick and shop at the small business, they may become sick from exposure. Still a catch 22.
