Lois Lerner to take the 5th. Again.

Pretty good. The best advice, don't say a word, ever. Those out to get you will use whatever you say against you.

You do understand that it was SHE that originally planted a question to reveal that they at the IRS HAD been targeting TEA Party groups and other Enemies?? It seems that Those Out To Get You work at the IRS. Lois Lerner was the administrator of the program that she is pleading the 5th for. So somewhere she is obviously hiding something and you're willing to let it go instead of demanding she tell the Truth.
Ever heard the term Abuse of Power? How many conservatives were audited just because of party affiliation? That's Illegal...but that never does bother you libs.
The end justifies the means ~~~

Lois Lerner, Senior IRS Official, Admits Not Being 'Good At Math' (AUDIO)
IRS apologizes for targeting tea party groups

I'm amused by the concept that it's fine for Lerner to plant a question like that so she can put the best face on this scandal as possible right before the Inspector General's report came out and blew the roof off her department...and it's fine for her to make a statement before a Congressional committee stating how she broke no IRS rules or regulations right before she takes the 5th so she doesn't have to answer any questions about whether or not she broke IRS rules and regulations...but she shouldn't be forced to tell the truth about what happened because that could be used against her!

I think she ought to do jail time. Martha Stewart did jail time for less.

47% voted for the moderate with business experience and a history of bi-partisanship...the other 53% voted for a political extremist with no business experience and a history as the most partisan President we've ever had. Gee, I wonder which group falls under the heading "dumber than dirt"?

A significant portion of both. Personally I believe the right has more Faux viewers than the left has "Ed Schultz" viewers so, of course I believe more of them are dumber that dirt.:D

If you realized that one of the biggest problems we face as a country is out of control political partisanship and wanted to fix that...what would you do if you were an intelligent person? Would you vote for the moderate who had a proven track record of working across the aisle to get things done? Or would you vote for the extremist with a proven track record of blaming those across the aisle rather than working with them?

That's what the choice was in the last Presidential election...but THAT was lost in a main stream media concentrating on faux issues such as Mitt Romney's "War on Women".

Certainly not the last election where it was the challenger Chameleon Mitt versus the President who had OBL killed? It's a wonder and a testament to Faux's influence that Mitt got 47%.

You mean the president who had millions of jobs killed. Over 8% unemployment. Record food stamps. Record disability. Record government dependence. Worst GDP growth post recession in history. Etc.
But yeah, he got OBL. After Biden told him it would help his re-election chances.

Yes I mean the President who inherited a devastated economy that was hemorrhaging over half a million jobs a months and a budget with over a trillion dollar deficit. Combine that with an opposition party that will oppose everything he is for, compromise with nothing, even if it was their own policy in the past. Yah I can understand why 53% of voters chose him over the every changing Chameleon Mitt.

Many voters stayed at home since they saw Romney as a liberal Republican. The Liar got most of the youth vote since they vigorously recruited those who knew very little about the real world and were easy to dupe.

I mean the president who took a stabilizing economy and 4 years later had worse economic indicators: lower income, lower wealth, lower percentage in the workforce, etc.
No president was ever re-elected with those numbers. None.
Of course no president had as much fraudulent voting and vote suppression going on either. That's what the IRS was for.

Dishonest liberal would-be propagandists love to pretend that any conservative opposition to the policies and actions of President Obumbler can only be based on racism.

Apparently, it doesn't dawn on these dimwitted dishonest liberal hacks that their sycophantic support of Obumbler's idiocy can thus only be attributed to their desire to appease on the basis of race.

Even with Osama bin Laden you have to look at what happened and use your head, Boo. Intelligence gathered by interrogation methods that Barack Obama decided not to use anymore lead to the whereabouts of OBL and his eventual death. In other words...if not for George W. Bush's water boarding policy...Barack Obama probably never finds OBL.

Unfortunately for the US...the killing of Osama bin Laden is about the ONLY "accomplishment" that occurred on Barack Obama's watch. He's presided over the worst recovery from a recession since the Great Depression...long term unemployment has been at record rates...the number of people on Food Stamps has gone through the roof...the stock market has bounced back but that's due more from essentially "free money" from the Fed than any Obama economic policy...and worst of all, political partisanship under this President is the worst it's EVER been due to his constant scapegoating of the GOP for his own shortcomings.

What's amusing about that statement, Boo is that it's the GOP's opposition to Obama's agenda that kept things like Cap & Trade and Card Check from being passed...two pieces of legislation that would have killed jobs for thousands of Americans...and the invoking of the Sequester...which is essentially a failure of leadership on Obama's part to broker a compromise with the GOP...is what led to a reduction in the sky rocketing budget's that Obama was giving us each and every year. In other words...if Barry had gotten what he WANTED...the economy would be in far worse shape than it is.

It cannot be denied that the GOP's plan all along has been to block every initiative they can and then complain long and loud that it's the Presidents fault. The extreme partisanship is a combination of the carryover from the divisive Bush Administration and the Co-opted and irrational hatred of the Tea Party.

You have to stand in awe at the left wing naivety. Especially the gullible nature of these so called educated morons.

Are they trying to deny Cummings tirade was not planned in order to get the praetorian media (perpetually thirsty for anything involving race) to obsess over the fact that was cut off, and not discuss the far more prevalent issue of Lerner taking the 5th AGAIN.

I also think it is funny how the major media outlets pretend that they do not know they are used as pawns. I mean, since indeed the media is left wing and have a clear liberal bias they are all too willing to be used as pawns.

The left has all but taken over and this is their time. Face it folks, with the morons on the left (over 47%) being so thoroughly brainwashed with cliche after cliche after cliche, it is no wonder why the democrats return to the same old predictable script.

The left in this country are virtually entirely incapable of seeing the truth.

Yes this is the Communist wingnuts' time, but i'm confident the tide will turn. Their time is almost up. Most Americans have had enough. It's a 'Maker VS. Taker' battle now. The Takers are winning right now, but the Makers are making a comeback. It's time for change.

The problem is the many of the truly big corporate conglomerates are hopping more and more on the democratic bandwagon. Meaning, Obama (democrats) have effectively increased the upper class wealth, while destroying the middle class (small business owner.)

Take a look at Warren Buffet and companies like GE. First of all, the democrats know the media is not going to pursue anything against Obama nor any of the other democrats. They will praise Obama, and most journalists fear being blackballed going against the left wing machine. Regardless of how much they may be breaking the law or how unethical their behavior has been. look at how they paid off the UAW heads. They had no interest in protecting the workers in those unions.

The small business owner and the middle class is the single biggest threat to the democrats plans for socialist ideals. That is the group they need to crush, and they have done it effectively. That is not going to change. They use the environmental lies of man made global warming to set up as many regulations as they want. Tax tax tax.

Then combine that with the single payer trojan horse known as Obamacare. They know very well it cannot be sustained. They have lied about every aspect of it. They convinced and continue to convince the morons on the left that it is working. Regardless of the masss lies and broken promises. The left have no ability to see what is happening.

They will predictably blame the failure of Obamacare on the insurance industry. The left will buy it. The system will crash, and they will get the single payer where the government will totally control the middle and lower class.

All to the loud ignorant cheers of the gullible left wing know it all college hippies.

Come on...what do you EXPECT, Panetta to say..."Yeah, if it wasn't for the intel from waterboarding we got from the Bushies...we would have never gotten the name of that courier that led us to Osama!"

This is the same guy who told us that the reason that help wasn't sent to Benghazi was that it couldn't get there in time...when all they knew was that an attack was taking place and the Ambassador was missing. Leon Panetta went along with the Administration's lies there so I give him zero credence on anything else he says.

The extreme partisanship exists because this President came into office with an attitude of "we've got the votes...fuck 'em!" Or did you miss the whole "Elections have consequences...I won." speech that he delivered to the GOP in the first days of his Administration? Couple that with five YEARS of blaming every one of his blunders on either Bush or the GOP and you think it's the Republicans that are responsible for the partisanship that now exists? The Republicans LOATH this President because he told them to go sit in the hall while Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid had a party with our government and then when it didn't work out the way they thought it would...they all pointed fingers across the aisle and said...it's THEIR fault because they're "obstructionists"!

Right, right, good thing I referenced that Guardian article with it's multiple source huh? Why not bring up another phony scandal with the phony claim of success with torture, the more lies the merrier I suppose.

Extreme partisanship started during the Clinton Administration. Got worse during the Bush Administration. Hopefully, it has reached it's climax with the coalition I described earlier, and we can get back to government by consensus and compromise.

LOL You think the Obama White House is looking for "government by consensus and compromise"? Really? Well, we're five plus years in now and they haven't shown an inclination to do either...but who knows maybe Harry Reid will suddenly come to his senses and let some of the House's bills come to the Senate floor for discussion and votes and maybe Barry will stop using the GOP as the whipping boy for his own policy short comings! I won't be holding my breath waiting for that to happen however...will you?

Dude, your Guardian article is from Clare Alger, the head of Reprieve, a group dedicated to justice for prisoners, by a woman who's life's work is protecting the rights of prisoners. What do you expect HER to say...that enhanced interrogation is a wonderful thing and we should have much more of it? She actually tries to make the point that it was cooperation from Pakistan that led to OBL's capture more than information gleaned from interrogations. That would be the Pakistan that we didn't tell we were going in to get OBL because we didn't trust them...the Pakistan that imprisoned the Pakistani Doctor who helped US intelligence agencies for doing just that.
