The Obama administration circled the wagons around Hillary Clinton on Tuesday, with Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch refusing to detail why she didn’t pursue criminal charges against the former secretary and the State Department going to bat for her, saying she shouldn’t have to testify under oath about her secret email account.

Facing irate Republicans on Capitol Hill, Ms. Lynch repeatedly passed the buck to others in the Justice Department, saying that while she announced she wouldn’t pursue charges against Mrs. Clinton, the decision was made by the FBIand career prosecutors and she had no public thoughts on the matter.

She did explain that after a two year investigation a group of investigators came to her with a recommendation based on the evidence and interviews.

This nation is in a sad state indeed when the Attorney General simply refuses to answer simple questions about basic law put to her by the Congress. She feels she is above reproach by the Congress. Congress should withhold funding or at least drastically cut the funding of the Obama Justice Department. Ms. Lynch, like Ms. Clinton deem themselves to be above the rule of Law and out of the reach of Congress. The credibility of the Justice Department has suffered extreme damage under both of Obama's two Attorney Generals as has the FBI as a sub-set under the Justice Department and the corruption and failures to prosecute Louis Lerner of the IRS. Obama has fostered the single most corrupt government I have witnessed in my lifetime.

Actually she looked very stupid and very guilty when she even refused to answer what the Law actually said and meant pertaining to the handling of classified documents. She is supposed to be the last word on any law outside the Supreme Court yet she simply refused to answer the simple and direct question put to her by several Congressmen.
