And what if he was any of those things? It has nothing to do with my observation. On the other hand, the Mall is a weapon-free zone. It's a good thing nobody could carry weapons to stop Mr. Crazed Butt-Stabber. This weapon-free zone was clearly successful in stopping someone intending to break the law in the first place. I bet if they had stricter weapon/gun laws, he'd have decided not to stab a bunch of people.
